Open the Health tab and tap Connect Apple Health, then allow read access for sleep, heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate and activity. Until access is granted, Dormis displays local demo values.
Dormis only reads what Apple Health already contains. Check that your wearable synced overnight, then in iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Dormis confirm each category is enabled.
The score blends duration, stage balance, consistency and overnight vitals against your own 7-night baseline. It needs about a week of nights before it settles, and a nap or a manually edited sleep entry can shift it.
Audio logs are stored only on your device. If playback fails, the recording was interrupted or removed by iOS storage cleanup. Start a new sleep session and keep the device plugged in overnight.
Allow notifications for Dormis, keep Sleep Focus from silencing critical alerts, and make sure the wake window is at least 15 minutes wide.
Health data stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to share it. Dormis does not sell data and does not require an account to read your nights.
