Privacy Policy

Dormis can access information from Apple Health only after you grant permission. Depending on the permissions you choose, this can include sleep data, sleep stages, heart-rate data, heart-rate variability, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, activity, workouts, and related health metrics.

Dormis uses this information to show your sleep, recovery, activity, and trend views. Dormis does not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or data mining.

Dormis may also save a completed guided breathing exercise as a Mindful Minutes entry in Apple Health when you choose to complete one.

Dormis offers an optional local sleep-session recording feature. Recording starts only when you tap “Start sleep session.”

Audio recordings are stored locally on your device. Dormis does not upload, sell, share, or use recordings for advertising. The feature is not a medical diagnostic or automatic snore-detection service.

Dormis is designed to work on-device. It does not require an account and does not send your HealthKit data or optional recordings to our servers.

Dormis does not sell, rent, or share your personal, health, or audio information with third parties.

If you allow notifications, Dormis may send local reminders such as bedtime, breathing, and morning check-in reminders. These reminders are scheduled on your device.

• You can change or revoke Apple Health access at any time in the Health app or in iPhone Settings.
• You can change microphone and notification permissions at any time in iPhone Settings.
• You can remove locally stored Dormis data and recordings by deleting the Dormis app from your device.

Dormis is not intended for children under the age required to consent to data processing in their country or region.

We may update this policy when Dormis changes. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do.
